Sales Representative Consumer and Office Products Yogyakarta Based
(SLS – COB YK)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M Consumer & Office Products to mainly Consumer Market especially in Modern and General Trade. In addition, he/she also has to work with distributors to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any background from reputable University with three-four (3-4) years selling experience in Consumer Business (retail) for both managing Accounts and Distributors.
- The applicants are preferably Local Residence of Yogyakarta. Non Yogyakarta Local Residence will be treated as a local hire.
- Experience in Channel Management of Modern Market and Traditional Market
- Experience in Develop the Store Activities.
- Develop New Market Opportunities, Competitive Market Activities/Analysis and Budget Management.
- Good command in English for both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high initiative, positive attitude, energetic & enthusiastic, self driven and able to work under very limited supervision.
