Agency Manager (Yogyakarta & Solo)
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new agent;
- Active agent and productivity agent;
- Sales tactical;
- Monitoring & Controlling daily activity agent;
- Development agent.
Requirements:
- Age 30 - 38 years old;
- University Graduates from any discipline;
- Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance);
- Target Oriented;
- Strong initiative & teamwork;
- Excellent communication skill & leadership.
