Requirements:
- Male (preferable) max. 30 years old with at least a diploma degree holder from IT (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Able to communicate in English, min. passive
- Willing to work on night shifts (shift rotation)
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Consistent, professional and friendly phobe communication
- Patient and ability to explain simple and complicated problems repeatedly
- Experiences as web hosting support in an added value
- Able to deliver consistent results in combined stressful and relaxed work environments
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta is a must
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding and familiar in various internet applications (email, browser, FTP, etc)
- Understanding and familiar in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and networking
- Understanding and familiar in any various open source internet applications (wordpress, Joomla, OS Commerce, etc)
- Understanding and familiar using WHM, C Panel, WHMCS
- Having skill and/or experiences in LINUX will be an added value
